From the age of 6, when I received a Kodak camera for my birthday, I was hooked on photography. Whether capturing images of animals, seizing the opportunity to catch once-in-a-lifetime photos, or just capturing that ‘special moment,’ I have travelled the world and loved every moment of getting that ‘perfect shot’. However, at times, I may have said differently about getting up at 3 a.m. to capture sunrise…
In recent years, I decided to join the Guild of Photographers and became qualified, gaining my Craftsmanship.
I am a Licentiateship and Associateship member of the British Institute of Professional Photographers and have had numerous accolades, including images of the day, bronze, and silver. I received the runner-up in the Scotland and Northern Ireland region (BIPP) in two categories, been a finalist in the Visual Arts Open, and I am very proud to have had my artwork displayed in exhibitions across Europe and the US, most recently in the Artbox Basle exhibition at Basle Airport.
